Privacy Policy

Effective October 31, 2026

SnackFall is a block puzzle game for iPhone made by Ground Glass Technologies LLC ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the app and this website handle, why, and the choices you have.

The short version

  • SnackFall has no accounts. We never ask for your name, email address or phone number.
  • We don't collect any data from the app. Your game progress stays on your iPhone.
  • The only ads are optional rewarded ads from Google AdMob, which you choose to watch for a Second Chance. They are not personalized, and the app never asks to track you.
  • Apple handles the Bonus Pass purchase. We never see your payment details.
  • We don't sell or share your personal information.

Information stored on your device

Your game data is stored only on your iPhone: your best score, treats, the dogs you have rescued and the names you give them, your sticker book, which tips you have seen, and your sound and music settings. It is never sent to us. Deleting the app deletes this data.

Rewarded ads

When no piece fits, SnackFall may offer a Second Chance. If you don't own the Bonus Pass, you can choose to watch a short ad from Google AdMob to get it. Nothing else in the app shows an ad, and no ad is ever shown unless you ask for one.

We ask Google for non-personalized ads only, rated for general audiences up to PG. SnackFall never shows Apple's "Allow app to track" prompt, so your device's advertising identifier is not used. To show and measure ads, limit how often you see the same one, and prevent fraud, Google may collect:

  • Device information, such as model, operating system version and language
  • Your IP address and the approximate location derived from it
  • Ad interaction data, such as which ads were shown and whether you tapped one
  • Crash and performance data from Google's ad software

Google's own privacy policy describes how it uses this information: policies.google.com/privacy, and how Google uses information from apps that use its services.

Your consent in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app shows Google's consent form before it requests any ad. You can change your choice any time in SnackFall: tap Pause, then Settings, then Privacy choices. If you don't give consent, no ad is requested.

The Bonus Pass

The Bonus Pass is a one-time in-app purchase that gives you every bonus, Second Chance included, without watching an ad. Apple processes the purchase through the App Store and tells the app whether you own it. We don't receive your name, Apple Account details or payment information. Restore Purchases in Settings asks Apple for your purchase again on a new device.

Diagnostics

If you choose to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone settings, Apple may provide us with crash reports and basic usage statistics. This information does not identify you, and we use it only to fix problems and improve the app.

Contacting us

If you email us for support, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to answer you, and we don't add you to any mailing list.

This website

snackfall.com does not use cookies, analytics, advertising or third-party scripts. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, for security and reliability.

Age

SnackFall is meant for players 13 and up. It is not directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including California and the European Economic Area, you may have the right to know what personal information is held about you, to ask for it to be deleted or corrected, and to opt out of targeted advertising. SnackFall shows no targeted ads, and we hold none of your game data on our servers, so most requests are handled on your device or through Google. Contact us and we will help with any request we can act on.

Changes to this policy

If we change how SnackFall handles information, we will update this page and the effective date above.
